Jess has been writing since the age of 3 when her parents told her that she could actually write a song if she so desired. This desire has grown into a cathardic passion. Her songs touch deeply thru melody and lyric, with a message that is highly effective. Jess likes to focus more on the expression rather than the genre, which keeps her repertoire interesting and varied. Each album she produces something new. All her melodies are memorable; her lyrics carefully crafted to induce the emotion or the scene she is writing from. Below are Jess’s albums. On the right of this page is a media player which features many songs. Some are stream-able and some are also downloadable. She encourages you to share the music with your friends and loved ones.

Divine (available on iTunes)   released Nov 2009 – Jess explores new instrumentation and production, but still features several naked ’songwriter’ numbers.

Dao released March 2009 – A day of live recording of Jess’s jazz quartet, December 30, 2008. Vocals, piano, upright bass & drums.

Songwriter released October 2008 – Jess’s classic intimate songwriter style. Guitar, Vocals and tasty textural background vocals.

Candy   released in 2000 – Recorded in 1998 with great NYC players, Jess’s lovely first album of her earlier songwriting.
